Livability Report Card
Beginning in 2011, an annual Livability Report Card will be produced to as a benchmark by which to measure progress towards the goals identified for implementation near the conclusion of the PlanET process.
The University of Tennessee conducted two statistically significant surveys of East Tennessee residents, with 2,000 residents contacted in each survey. The survey results are now available.
PlanET Region Existing Conditions Report
This report provides detailed technical analysis of the PlanET region today, focusing on key findings relating to the five PlanET focus areas: economic development and jobs, housing, transportation, a clean environment, and community health.
PlanET is both an open-process and a data-driven process. The Data Clearinghouse serves as a central repository of both collected and generated through the course of the project. This includes public input, meeting agendas, minutes, and data about the Knoxville Metropolitan Area.
Maps reveal trends that can sometimes be hidden in charts and tables. Review online maps and aerials photographs of the East Tennessee Region to learn more about income trends, employments and population changes across the region.
